We consider any cancellation and request for refunds as a very unfortunate incident but in case of genuine reasons & failures on our part to satisfy the prospective members, we are open to accept cancellation and refunds. This could be due to any payment made to us by mistake, after thoughts after making the payment or any other reasons.
To justify the cancellation & ask for refund, the person will have to inform within Eight Hours of making such payment. The normal claims for cancellation and refund will not be entertained beyond eight hours. However, in other cases also, we will be generous in accepting cancellation and refunds provided the person is being justice with logical reasons as per the normal practices. We are Mihir Jyotish do not want to keep any order or payment in bad taste with us.
No cancellation or refund request however will be entertained due to wrong information primarily the wrong birth details given by the person. But yes, person can inform us to modify and correct such data before availing the final services.
Once the services i.e. The report or consultation sessions are completed with an information to the person, no request for cancellation or refund shall be entertained.
Any double payment made against a specific order will be returned within 3 – 4 working days without any disputes or tactics to delay.
We will ensure all eligible refunds are made within 3 – 4 working days from the date of receipt of request & our acceptance to refund such amounts, both in writing.
These refunds will be made subject to deduction of GST, delivery charges & other processing charges if the person made the payment was at fault else such charges also will be borne by us.
We take utmost care in packing and wrapping the products as per the best practices before handing them over to the delivery agency. But still if any tangible or printable products delivered by Mihir Jyotish, if found damaged or defective can be requested for the replacement within two days of the receipt of such products/items.
